The Rare Replay Collection, especially if they include the DKC games and Star Fox Adventures. Of all the possible MS games, this is the one I care most about
As for others, MGS4, I really want to release it from its PS3 prison
I'm not sure if this would/could ever happen, but considering the recent influx of PS 'exclusive' titles that have made their way to PC.... would be awesome to see the likes of 'The Last of Us', 'God of War', 'Ghost of Tsushima' make their way to Switch2.
Considering all the aforementioned run more-or-less reasonably well on Steamdeck, and assuming comparable specs between SD & Switch2, potentially this could happen?!
So, this is going to sound really weird, but it's something that I've been thinking after watching some streams of it. It's sounding like the Switch 2 will have a microphone component to it, and people brought up the idea of Nintendogs making a return. Again, this is going to sound weird...but what if Sega brought back Seaman and put it on NSO as part of a Dreamcast app? Like I said, weird game to bring up, but after watching people play it, I've oddly become mesmerized by it. XD The day-to-day gameplay would be a lot easier to manage with handheld play.

Alongside the Microsoft games I mentioned, I would love if there were ports of Yokai Watch 2 (both Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls) and Yokai Watch 3.
I did find it a bit strange that Level-5 ported the first Yokai Watch game to the Switch in Japan to go alongside Yokai Watch 4 (still angry that never got localized) but chose not to port the second and third installments to make it complete, so its kind of a weird jump from the first game to the fourth game, especially for people that might be newcomers.
I have been replaying Yokai Watch 2 on the 3DS as of late and it is still fun. Still, I mostly want a Switch 2 port since a lot of the game's features (such as Medal Swap, Battle, and the entertaining Yo-kai Watch Blasters mode) are permanently unusable since the 3DS's online servers were cut off. The full game is still playable, but the extra little fun modes being unusable makes me sad, and given that the Switch still has functioning internet, I would love it if I could team up or play against more players and have some fun with them. I only really got to play with my brother when the servers were still up.
I mainly want 3 because I never got the chance to buy or play it before the 3DS eShop closed. I found out on Wikipedia that physical copies are expensive because of how rare and limited they are, and if I did know that copies were limited, then I would have rushed to buy them. I do not want to buy an expensive copy or have to emulate it, cuz I feel like a lot of the mechanics and features wouldn't work well if I did that.
I would also like if the port of the first Yokai Watch and the fourth entry did get localized too alongside possible ports of the other two, but realistically, if Yokai Watch 2 and 3 did get Switch or Switch 2 ports, they would be Japan only and would take so long to release in America since Level-5 has shown in recent years that their games take a long time to release on time and have to constantly delay them. I think that the long time they took to localize the three 3DS games and the Blasters spin-offs is what caused it to fail in America, and Level-5's North American division responsible for localizing the 3DS games and spin-offs was closed down a few years back because of low game sales. Almost no one remembers Yokai Watch in America besides a few people and its popularity has been declining in Japan, so I kind of have no hopes of the other Yokai Watch games getting localized ports on the Switch.
Looks like I'll have to wait for Holy Horror Mansion...whenever that releases.
The Nioh series would be great, as well as From's back catalogue... Sekiro, DS2-3, Armored Core 6... all work amazingly well on Steamdeck, so assumedly Switch2 could handle
For me personally . . . I would like to see Metroid Samus Returns & Ocarina of Time 3D (I guess without the 3D. I am just finishing it off right now on my 2DS, so I didn't have 3D anyway and found the version great!), both from 3DS.
Those are 2 games I'd play again if they came out for Switch/2.
As for other titles that I might not play again myself, but think they are great games and its a shame that they aren't on Switch/2.
Aside from Yoshi's Wooly World & Kirby's Epic Yarn (and I do hope these two include the 3DS bonus content & 2-player Co-op), what I really want is Wario Land Shake It!, Rayman Origins (slim chance on that one because of Ubisoft's shenanigans), & Metroid Prime 2 & 3.
Also, from SEGA, Nights Into Dreams HD & Journey of Dreams. Project Diva F, Phantasy Star Nova, & the Phantasy Star Collection, which was 1st released on Saturn then released on the PS2.

DO YOU HEAR ME!?!
I'd like to see LOZ: Link's Awakening get a locked 60fps(No more pesky frame rate hiccup/stutters)
at 1080p - 1440p, instead of it's inconsistent dynamic 720p to 1080p resolution, when docked. I've already beaten the GBC original on the 3DS's Virtual Console over a decade ago, but i think the following upgrades above would finally lure me in to give it a proper shot.
Sin & Punishment: Star Successor(Wii) with 4K on Switch 2(Docked) with a motion sensor bar, using the S2 Joy-cons would be a fantastic way of bringing back that gem from the dead.
Optimized ports aside, I wouldn't mind seeing a brand new 2D Wario Land game, or a spiritual successor to Super Mario Bros. 2, be it 3D or 2D.
Can we get Genshin Impact finally? The game was announced for Switch 1 but became vaporware, and I suspect hardware limitations were the culprit. But Switch 2 should be capable of running it, so just go ahead and announce it Hoyo. And throw in Honkai Star Rail too while you're at it.
@LordGlarc I actually think BG3 could happen. It can just about run OK-ish on Steamdeck....
But if Larian go to the same lengths with BG3 on Switch2, as they did with D:OS2 on SwitchOG... then potentially something could work?
The joy-con mouse feature would be an absolute God-send also. Steamdeck play was quite limiting using the gamepad, still playable, but S2 mouse function would be amazing.
I'd like to see the Monkey Island series put on S2, not sure why/how it never came to SwitchOG
I hope they port Super Mario 3D All-Stars, with Galaxy 2, 3D Land and the option to buy it without unnecessary FOMO.
+1
I wasn't thinking of these myself because I have most of these games on their original platform.
But, yeah . . . this as a complete release would be insane.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars Deluxe
Super Mario 64
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2
(And . . . if Super Mario 3D Land doesn't make it to a release by itself, it would be nice if it found a home here.)
