Topic: Your most wanted Switch 2 ports?

If they make a re-release of F-Zero GX with online multiplayer, I'll be one happy guy.

@CJD87 As someone who absolutely adores the Monkey Island series, I'd be all over a compilation.

Pikmin 3+

60fps bump @1080p, with Switch 2 Joy-con & Pro Controller 'motion sensor bar' support for motion pointer controls, would be stellar. As is, the Wii U version still reigns supreme-O'.

Wario Land Shake it!+

Dynamic 4K, true wide screen, while retaining the same brilliant use of motion tilt & Shake controls that were present in the WIi original. This game is a hidden gem, 2D platforming masterpiece.

Sin & Punishment: Star Successor+

Dynamic 4K, with motion sensor bar S2 joy-con pointer aiming.

Super Mario Galaxy 2+
Dynamic 4K + StarBit pointer cross hair aiming with motion sensor bar.

My first party asks would be:-

1. TLOZ WindWaker - rebuild all the graphics specifically for DLSS and make the best looking Zelda game ever
2. TLOZ Twilight Princess - as above
3. a new 3D Mario collection including Galaxy 2, hopefully with all the 3D games optimised for DLSS

2. Gears of War - I think i'd prefer this to Halo, although I would play Halo

I'm hoping all the Yakuza games, including the new pirate one will be ported. I've played a good bit of 0 on Steam and I absolutely loved it.

I’ll 100% replay the entire Yakuza series if they ported them to the Switch 2. I already replayed Kiwami in its entirety

Tekken 8 & RDR2 would be brilliant

I wonder if the Mass Effect trilogy would land? I think that would sell enormously well

Also the remaining FromSoft portfolio. Aside from BB (Sony licensed…) and DeS remake (likely too technically advanced) it should be possible to run DS2, DS3, Sekiro and Elden Ring well. Also AC6 is slick on the deck, so Switch2 could be a go-er

I think there is a chance this is released on the Switch 1 and 2. Fits as a late life cycle game an easy win.

@MarioBrickLayer That would be cool. If it's a cross-gen release, I wonder if it would be just one version that works with both the Switch 1 and Switch 2, instead of a separate version for each. Do they make games that are like that on the other platforms? Not too sure, but I thought I'd ask anyway. (Anyone is free to chime in on that question I asked.)
